Orders and Payment

All custom orders require a 50% deposit upon booking. Full payment is due upon completion and before pickup or delivery. We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy

Custom orders may be cancelled up to 72 hours before the scheduled completion date. Deposits for cancelled orders are non-refundable but may be applied to future orders within 6 months.

Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

While we offer gluten-free and other dietary options, our kitchen processes various allergens. Please inform us of any severe allergies. We cannot guarantee complete allergen-free products.
